Mobile Flagged Conditions
Track and manage all open flagged conditions to ensure timely issue resolution. This page provides an overview of flagged conditions, including related work orders, controllers, and system components, to help you monitor alarms and take necessary actions. View detailed information, update statuses, and export flagged conditions for further analysis.
View flagged conditions
Navigate to Mobile > Service > Flagged Conditions and view the following information:

Issue #: Identifying number of the issue raised by the flagged condition.

Work order #: The work order addressing the issue.

Site name
-
Controller: Device or system that detected the flagged condition, responsible for monitoring and controlling equipment or environmental parameters.

Controller description

System component: Specific part of the system affected by the flagged condition, such as compressors, fans, or refrigeration units.

Uncleared group alarms: Group alarms that remain unresolved.
View details
On the Mobile Flagged Conditions page, tap a row to access detailed information about the flagged condition, including its cause, associated work orders, telemetry data, and site layout. The details are organized into six tabs:

Flagged condition detail: View the description, alarm criteria, reason, timestamps, events, rule parameters, and status updates.

Work order detail: See work order details, including priority, categories, SLAs, timestamps, user actions, and comments.

Current telemetry: View controller details, channel name, values, system variables, and timestamps.

Graph: Open the graphing tool with data types pre-filtered.

Documents: View and upload related documents.

Site Layout: View a graphical representation of the site, controller, and asset information.
Export
Export flagged conditions in different formats for further analysis.

On the Mobile Flagged Conditions page, select an export format:

Tap Export to download the file.
